If you want your money back within the first 7 days and you haven't worked our fingers to the bone then we are happy to provide a refund.

Outside of those first 7 days, due to the high quality nature of our work, there are no refunds issued but you can always pause your plan and use the time again in the future.

You can always move over to our maintenance plan. It can help handle the ongoing maintenance you may need with your website and any ongoing design work you may still need help with.
