How soon can we get started?
We can get started right away, but that doesn't mean the important work gets done overnight. If you've got work to get done, we can step right in and help. If you want your brand, website, and internal systems improved then that could take weeks but we can always start the conversation today.
Why wouldn't I just hire a designer or developer full-time?
Great question! The average annual cost to get fill those 2 roles is well above $100,000 each. With us you get 3 senior-level team members sharing and implementing our talents across design, development, and marketing. With our monthly plan, you can always pause and resume as often as you need.
How does pausing my plan work?
You may have months where you might not have enough work to fill up an entire month. You can pause you plan at any time and any remaining days left in your billing cycle will roll over and you can use them later when you need more work.
How is communication and the relationship managed?
We keep things simple and we work out of Trello. That is where you can submit requests and it keeps things easy and trackable. In Trello you can attach things like Google Docs, PDFs, wireframes, Loom videos, or anything you could expect to attach in an email.
If you need to have a call or more direct communication with us, we supply all of our clients with an email where they can reach us during our business hours and get a more immediate response.
Is there any design, development, or marketing work you don't help with?
Yes, great question!
For design work we do not cover: 3D modeling, software design, and complex packaging.
For development work we do not cover: Mobile app development, software development, distributed systems, and devops.
For marketing we do not cover: Direct mail, television and radio marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Can I switch to the maintain plan after we are happy with the direction?
You absolutely can and that's one of the main purposes it serves. If things slow down or if we have completed all of the important work that you wanted done, you can switch to the maintain plan. You will still keep your access to our team and our help but our relationship would be more asynchronous and our work would focus more on regular quick turnaround and short-term deliverables.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We are reasonable people, and we understand a money-back guarantee is a nice safety net to have. So we keep it simple.
If you want your money back within the first 7 days and you haven't worked our fingers to the bone then we are happy to provide a refund.
Outside of those first 7 days, due to the high quality nature of our work, there are no refunds issued but you can always pause your plan and use the time again in the future.
